My daughter has sent back the sky items before the date provided from yourselves with proof of receipt and you are trying tio charge me for this? I will NOT be paying this as I have returned what you have asked for. My daugther posted it on the 6th February and this was sent before you asked for it back.
Please can you remove this charge and I want it writing this has bee done.
