I have returned my sky box on the 08/04/23 as I cancelled my subscription due to finances, (I am a pensioner) but sky have emailed me to say they haven't received the item and will charge me £62, which I can’t afford. I have the proof of postage, I have been unable to message or speak to anyone I am at my wits end. None of the message services have answered me.

Have your proof of posting and account details ready when they contact you.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
