Return box received for router but not the puck

I received a box to return the hub/router but not a box for the puck which says is sky owned in my device management.

Does the box for the return of puck get sent at another time? I am concerened they will just bill me for the puck when I am happy to return it, but need it initialised by sky as just sending it back without a request it may just get 'lost' in the system.

Intersted to hear others experience of this and how to make sure any items needing to be returned are done properly to avoid any extra charges being made.

If the puck will fit into the box with the router then i'd suggest packaging it together. If not you can just print the label yourself and use any suitable packaging to return the puck. Make sure you take a photo of both items in the packaging before sending as proof in case its needed and also its worth retaining the receipt from the post office which contains the tracking number of about 6 months, as if issues do crop up Sky can use that proof along with the photographic proof that both have been returned.
