Hi,
Up to Feb 2024 I got text messages saying: "return Sky equipment as soon as possible". I contacted Sky about these messages 2 months ago to say I sent back all the equipement, and I gave them the PO tracking numbers (I still have them). SKY said they had sorted the issue out.
Now, over 2 months later I get a message this morning saying "following previous reminders, we are applying charges..."
I got quite a shock.... I dont appear to be able to ring SKY as there doesn't appear to be an option..
How do I sort this out again? I suspect the charges are a lot.
It is very disconcerting.

I’ll escalate your original post to Sky when it’s ten minutes old and the Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
