Hi.
I placed my TV and broadband into cancellation and the retentions team called me back and offered something I was interested in. They were supposed to call me back 24hrs later and never did. Now when I call the TV cancellation line they are saying "we cannot match that offer as the outbound team have different offers".
This is very frustrating! How do I request the outbound/retention team to call me?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ShaunSkyUser You can't, you need to call in yourself, however if your cancellation has already been submitted Sky are under no obligation to give you any better deals.

Usually when you are offered a discount you have to make your mind up there and then so despite what you have been told regarding the call back it might be to late now.
