Restricted account
I spoke with Sky a few weeks ago to share very personal details about my current situation in which a family member had gone behind my back to create an account in my name. I have reported this to Sky and Action fraud and felt Sky were initially helpful however last week they cut my internet with no prior warning. I have spent hours on the phone, spoken to countless 'advisors' and yet none of them have been able to help me and have passed me around colleagues like a merry-go-round. I have been told twice that some one from a specialist team would call me back within 24hours yet both times I have not received any call. I am at my wits end, I rely on internet for so many uses, one of which being using my young children's Alexa's for white noise at bed time. Any advice/help much appreciated! I am so disappointed with the lack of customer care from Sky.

As you are finding out these things do take time to investigate so as you appear to be getting nowhere you could put in a complaint to see if that helps:
