Hiya,
I have been trying to sign up for Sky mobile and I keep getting a message saying that my account is restricted, yet I have never had a mobile account with Sky, I just paid my bill up ( over 2 weeks ago), am not expecting another bill until the end of January AND my tv and broadband is currently working and up to date.
Don't know why I keep getting this message. Please help if possible.
