Repayment of credit balance
Hello,
I recently got an email about a repayment of credit balance on my account. I'm no longer with Sky, I called the number on the email and the automated message said I will receive the credit by cheque. I have moved houses and Sky doesn't have my current address. I have set up a DD in hopes of Sky getting a refund via bank transfer. Is there a way for my issue to be escalated to an expert? I've searched through the whole website and I can't find anything...
Thanks!

Re: Repayment of credit balance
If you've moved address since cancelling you'll need to call Sky. The escalation process is not currently available. They can either:
- raise a cheque and post it to you or
- reinstate your previous payment method and refund you within 3-5 WORKING days
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging

Re: Repayment of credit balance
As you have now restored your direct debit you will need to call Sky about getting the refund issued via it which should now be possible.
