So I'm trying to view what my new contact options are for Sky Broadband. I click the button that says "View your options" and all it does is show me an advert for Sky WiFi Max. No options, no button to say "no thanks", no prices for a new contract. Only £5 a month for WiFi Max. Almost looks like that's their offer for the whole package!

How do I get past that screen?
