Renewed contract - Netflix issues

I have renewed my Sky contract and clearly stated that I did not want to take up the free Netflix offer as I have our family subscription.

I am now unable to view Netflix as it is asking me to link my sky account to it. How can I log in using my usual Netflix account and ensure that Sky unlinked this ?
