Renewed TV and broadband contract but only received contract email for broadband

I've renewed my tv and broadband contract and new monthly amount agreed with sky representative over the phone but have only received email confirmation for broadband renewal.  Future bills also only reflect broadband renewal.  Was renewed with Sky last Wednesday, 19th November.

You might want to speak to Sky again to see if the TV side was correctly amended on your account.
