Trying to renew my package as contract has ended now bill has doubled when I click on to package I want sky want a set up fee but already have it set up can anybody shed light on this

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:
Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

To clarify, it's your minimum term that has ended. You still have an underlying contract and subscription with them, which is why you're still paying. You can't, therefore sign up as a new customer, but if you give Sky a call, as suggested you'll be able to agree a new discount period of 18 months with them.
