Renewal price different to what was agreed

Today I contacted Sky as my contract was up and I wasn't happy with the Black friday offers shown to me online.

To cut a long story short I was intending to leave but upon contacting Sky I was made an offer that I ended up accepting reluctantly.

A few hours later and I have just checked my online account and the future bills and the price is completely different to what was agreed. 

Luckily I did all of this on Live Chat so Sky will hopefully have my conversation in detail and me clearly triple checking the price.

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

You might need to give it a bit longer than a few hours so if after 24 hours you it is still wrong then you will have to get in touch with them again.
