Renewal of contract issues

Hi

 

I have renewed my contract and agreed a price with someone in the call centre in Scotland. The price on the future bill are incorrect and should be lower.  I've been put through to the call centre in Scotland and keep being told that the call will be listened to and someone would get back to me.  It's been over a week now and was promised (again) that I would get a callback from a Manager by Wednesday.  I'm still waiting.  The last person who I spoke to says that all the pricing is incorrect on my new contract.

You might need to be proactive and give Sky another call.
