You will need to call to switch from Sky Stream to Sky Glass but i would also suggest you think about if you want to make that switch. The Glass TV is 3-4 years old technology now, but you are still paying a premium price for it. If you are in need of a new TV i'd suggest browsing the upcomming black friday sales and getting a more modern TV for a cheaper price and then keeping your Sky Stream subscription.
