My broadband account expires in January 2025, I do not need a landline or phone calls as I never use them and am paying for them needlessly every month. If I renew my contract, could I do so without being charged for landline and phone calls I don’t use? I know other providers offer this.
Broadband and Talk are bundled together in a subscription. If you don't use your landline phone make sure the Talk tariff is Pay As You Talk. That way you'd only be charged for any calls you do make so no calls = no landline charges. The line rental is still payable as part of the broadband subscription.
