Renegotiating my Sky contract

Almost impossible to get to talk to a Sky customer Service agent.....As I cannot seem to be able to renegotiate my contract by calling a phone number as this area does not seem to exist on your website, I re-send this request to you.
This is notice that you need to respond and NOT renew my contract without agreement from me on the terms of my new contract...IF I decide to do so because at the moment I'm tempted to go elsewhere.

Please either email me or phone on one of the two numbers below.

@Middleglebe You are not contacting Sky customer service here, you have to call to renegotiate/renew your contract or cancel/ not renew. No one here can assist further as we are just fellow customers.

@Middleglebe
If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

Sky won't contact you as a result of posting on here. There's no reason why you can't get through on the phone although there may be a wait.

If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

 Be aware that if you don't contact Sky to renegotiate or cancel, your contract will continue subject to 31 days notice, at full list price.

Phone sky and ask to speak to the retention team they will  look  at your  package  and  give  you  some  discounts i did this at the  end of last month and got £50 discount  on my tv package  a month for  2 yeas and £19 a month off my broadband  for 2 years  I have sky glass  the full package  including  things like whole home ad skipping  uhd and dolby atmos sports, cinema, kids, the works now paying  £70 a month instead  of £120 a month, i also have gigafast broadband  900mps  should be paying  £59 a month  but for the next 2 years i am paying  £43  a month you can see the savings  I have made and yes they do include  the April  price increases  for this year, hope this helps

Indeed.  This is why I don't like the phrase 'in contract'.  It simply means you have discounts, aka 'minimum term'.

If you do 'nothing' then the contract continues, as noted, at full list price until such time you do take action.  (And cancelling payments will only cause you issues)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
