Removal of products

I want to know why you can't remove a product as a customer yourself, instead of having to go through the chat sstem and then because the link to verify your identity comes up 'Bad Request', I then get put in a queue for an agent annd have to wait 40 minutes? To add a product, no problem, can do it yourself. I find this hugely inconvenient.

It is just the way that Sky have always done things so I see little or no chance of then changing it now.


Quieter times to call Sky are when the phone lines open at 7am or after 9pm.
