Reinstatement

I paid my outstanding balance as services were restricted and set up new direct debit but sky is not reinstated yet any ideas

@Rocco2021  When did you make payment as it has to be cleared and in sky's account before service is restored 

 

further if you were more than two weeks late sky will what next months payment in advance as well before restoring service

I paid the services today and was told by sky that as long as my direct debit was set up for March payment that would be fine I have set this up but still no services

@Rocco2021  Were you more than two weeks late in paying? If you were it doesn't matter what you were told as the system can't be overridden and will want next months payment before restoring service

No wasn't over 2 weeks bill was due on 9th feb

The payment needs to be cleared by the banks first so if your services haven't be restored by tomorrow then see if you can call Sky.
