Reinstate services after a late bill paid this morning,still nothing and my account is saying it's c

Had an overdue bill that I paid this morning for our Skystream. I've checked my sky account just now,balance is cleared and saying I owe nothing. Have tried to update continuous payments,but after authorisation from my bank it takes me back to sign in What am I doing wrong? Still no TV service after 4 hrs. Can anyone point me in the right direction

@Rabbie61 how are you re-setting up your continuous payment? Try clearing your device's cache/history to see if that allows it to proceed.

Have did all these things.

Tried to set up a direct debit,but keeps saying it's failed as it's the same details.

Also tried to set up a debit monthly payment,which took me to my bank to authorise. Duly did,but it took me back to the sign in. Have tried just about everything today,and getting nowhere.

Have you tried calling Sky and getting the payment method setup over the phone instead?

You are not talking to sky on  here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself, if you  had a problem  paying a bill then you will  need to contact sky  and possibly  set up a new  direct debit  payment
