Reg higher billl need help

Hi my bill is higher than i thought this month and my contracts are due up on april but discounts have already been taken off anything i can do as struggle to pay full bill

Your contract doesn't end in April ~ any discounts you have may. Have a look at your packages and see what you can do without ie; Sport, Cinema, Kids etc.

You will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount.

Bear in mind you pay in advance, so your bill this month probably  includes part of April after your discounts have expired.
