I previously had my phone stolen which my contract was with Sky, i called to advise the phone had been stolen and a block was put on my phone and sim card cancelled (i have email confirmation of this). 3 weeks after the phone was stolen and a 'block' had been put on, i had charges for using data in Morocco for £41.00 over my usual bill. I have been in contact with Sky on many occasions now and told my money would be refunded, it has now been 3 weeks after speaking to Sky for the first time and a week since my last conversation (since advised my refund would be in by the end of the day). Looking for an update as to how long this should take and if possible speak to someone who can actually be of help to me as opposed to jumping through hoops to get someone willing to give me an update.

Find out moreAs we are customers here we can't say how long this will take but one thing you might want to look at is your future bills to see it is has appeared as a credit instead of a refund directly to you. I'm not saying this will happen but it is worth looking into. If nothing appears then all you can do is to call Sky again,
