Refund

I cancelled sky and returned the equipment but am owed overpayment, why have I still not received this, chat is hopeless, text relay doesn't recognise their number! How else can I contact sky? They are not recognising my password either. Cannot call sky as I am deaf, hence text relay! Chat said to call them!!!

Refunds should normally take about six weeks from the last day of connection but posts on here suggest it's taking longer.

 

We used to escalate this to Sky on here via their Community Messaging Team but unfortunateky that process is unavallable and we don't know when it'll return.

 

If you don't want to wait you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means. Providing your payment method is still active they should then be able to refund it in 3-5 WORKING days.

 

If there are health issues involved that amongst other things may affect the ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these related links… ~
