Refund

My broadband contract finished in November and the account is still showing in credit. Do I need to contact Sky to request this to be refunded? It's been 6 weeks now.

@NB198707 if its showing as a credit in your account, if you'd like we can escalate this to the Sky Messaging Team wh may then reach out to you to help get the refund processed?
