Hi there,
I cancelled my sky braodband immediatly when it came. Its been three months. After many phone calls, sky still didnt refund the money yet. Instead the money is sent to credit in my account. I had the worst imaginable service from sky so far. I just need the refund pls.

It seems sky wont refund my money. Worst service ever. They keep on saying refund is pending and ask me to checkthis bubble everyday. Cant believe such a service even exists. I wasted too much time (months) for this refund. They just wont send the money. Horrible company!!!!!!

They issued refund mid Dec itself. They r saying its not going through and they do nothing
