If you wish we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but we need confirmation it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.

That was the case on 02/08/2024, but it never ended up in my bank account.I am not holding my breadth.
I don't understand why I have had to wait a whole month for them to send it my bank.
Still not in Bank.
if I had missed any payment my contract would have been cancelled.
Let's see if the refund is deposited in my Bank Account in 3 -5 days sent on 31/08/2024.
Still waiting!!!

if I start a discussion with anyone.
sky will restart this 3 to 5 days time again. Why I can only get my Refund on the Direct Debit date I don't understand. That only occurs on one day in the Month only on the Day of the Direct Debits for Sky Customers.
I have rung Customer Services and Complaints Escalations on numerous occasions but to no Avail. Cancelled contract 02/07/2024. Refund paid to me on 02/08/2024., Never arrived in my Bank account. 03/09/2024 still not arrived in my Bank Account. Sent by Sky on 31/08/2024.
There was supposed to be an investigation as to the mistakes made by the Background Payment Department. No apology in any shape or form ,that I have been put into never ending spiral of useless information. I am still awaiting my Refund. I am chasing
this not for the money. I live the principle that if say verbally will do somthing I do it. But at certain departments. They use it will be in your account inb3 to 5 as misinformation to placate you. but your never arrives. Still not Arrived.
