My refund hasn't been received they sent it out 16th February 2024 they said 3 to 5 working days I've still had nothing the guy on the phone now said to ask my bank. I over paid a bill as I did ring to make two installments an was told no other money would be taken yet they took 192.45 from my new born sons money I complained to which they said they couldn't refund that only the 100 I paid the same day when I was told I could do two installments I'm so angry an frustrated as its my new born sons child benefit they've take it from too

Day 7 and still no refund 😕 quick to take your money but not give it back its a joke I'm worried I've been scammed by sky no other refund has taken this long before! With santander bank my refunds show as pending its not even doing that! Left me short with a newborn baby its absolutely disgusting to be honest

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KaraG24 FYI, the refunds are 3-5 working days which is Monday to Friday. From my experience i noticed Day 1 started the following day after receiving the communication that my refund had been processed.
Did you receive an email confirmation or a notice in the My Messages section of your My Sky account that the refund was being processed? If so take the next weekday following that confirmation as Day 1 of the 5 to identify the last day it should appear in your bank account.

I've phoned my bank they said no refund is pending or showing up, I rang sky they seemed very dodgy and couldn't even give me the ARN number to the transaction of my so called refund, I asked to speak to the manager he argued saying the manager will only repeat what he told me I then demanded I speak to the manager I then got put onto someone else who I couldn't understand very well but they did say they're raising an
Investigation but no ARN number and then told me

The next 24-48 hours. I rang my bank back they have now raised a dispute as this was very odd and didn't make sense an they should of had a ARN number to pass to me to trace the refund. I'm
