Refund of payments made after cancellation

Hi, i recently cancelled my Sky broadband after it almost doubling in price. I made a payment that was for a month but need to only cover 3 days. Please can i ask when the credit will be refunded to my account?

Sky quote 6 weeks.  But realistically, when you call to chase a refund...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You will need to wait until you see a credit on your account and when you have left to then chase this up with Sky as you could be waiting quite a while for an automatic refund.
