Refund of non-recharge charges?

Hi there,

 

In the process of moving house, some of the Sky equipment that needed to be returned inadvertently ended up in storage. By the time we got it back, we'd just missed the deadline for returning the equipment, but sent it off a couple of days later, and have the email confirmations and proof of postage. This was mid-October.

 

The non-return charges were levied in early September. From other posts on here, I had understood that it might be possible to get those refunded if the equipment was then returned, but I haven't received any further acknowledgment of the return, or information about any kind of refund.

 

Do I need to call anyone at Sky to try and get the refund?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
