Refund of early termination charges from previous supplier

I moved from EE to Sky broadband as on the Sky offer it was stated they would pay any early termination charges up to £200. I can't see anywhere to give them this information and have had no correspondence from Sky regarding this. Does anyone know how to do this?

They don't actually pay your early termination fees with EE but they will credit your Sky account of up to £100 for TV and £100 for Broadband.

You must provide a copy of the bill from EE where you have been charged and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)

@Amanda1803

Just to clarify, Sky would only pay up to £100 for broadband and up to £100 for TV.
