Refund of credit

Hi I left sky within my cooling off period and have paid my fist DD and now they have charged me up to 15 September. How do I get my refund?

Do you now see a credit on your account as it is this that can be refunded so when you do post back here as we can arrange some help for you via here.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
