Refund of credit

Trying to find out how to receive the credit left in my account from cancelling. It has been a month, but no contact regarding how this will be sent to me. Thanks.

Realistically you'll need to call to get it processed.

 

Sky state it can take up to 6 weeks to automatically return but I wouldn't bank on that.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
