Refund of credit

Hi I've left sky and I'm in credit but no option to refund back into my bank how do I do this

Normally it's automatic within 6 weeks from the last day of connection. We can potentially get it to you within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know if you want to do that.

I feel so sorry for you wanting a refund from sky 

you'll never get it once it appears on your account as being credited it will never reach your bank and you yourself will have to send sky a copy of your bank statement to prove you haven't received it

That would be exceptional. The forum has many posts from customers who have received their refund successfully.

I for one can vouch for the refund process for an account in credit, as i used it a month ago and was successfully refunded within 5 business days once I spoke with a member of the Sky Messaging Team.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
