Refund of credit due

Our final bill was issued and is in credit. However it says this will be offset against the next bill of which there won't be one. 

I would like my refund issued now please

Apparently refunds are taking longer than the normal 6 weeks from the last day of connection. 

We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.

 

At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. Saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue.

I have just called sky and they have issued the refund. No further help needed. Thanks

Hi @RebeccaB1992   I'm afraid that you will have to contact Sky to get your refund issued. It is supposed to be automatically refunded to your payment method in 6 weeks, that is unless you chase it.
