Refund of Credit Balance Required

I cancelled my Services on the 10th July, which ceased on the 10th August. 

 

I was told by the Advisor over the phone when cancelling these Services that I would receive a refund of £31.16 once I had returned my kit; which they confirmed mid-August that they had received. 

 

My September Statement notes this credit balance, but says that this amount will go towards paying my next bill.

 

I do not have a next bill as I no longer hold any Services with Sky. 

 

Does anyone know how to obtain this refund from Sky electronically, without being stuck on hold for ages on the telephone?

Thank you.

 

I already tried their Sky Assistant earlier prior to trying here, which was useless. 

 

I have now contacted them via Facebook Messenger, so will hopefully receive support with this tomorrow.
