Refund not issued

I have called a number of times and people within Sky cannot do their jobs correctly. £120 was incorrectly taken due to a person failing to do their job. This money has been with Sky 10 days and I have had no refund even though its been 5 working days since I requested this back. If it isnt returned I will go to the press and police.

You're just making threats to fellow customers here. The police most certainly won't be interested. Nothing to do with them.

 

What was the refund for?
When did you contact Sky and they said they would manually refund your bank?

Have you checked future bills to see if it's been applied as a credit?
Is you payment method still 'live'?

What was the refund for? They took money when they shouldn't have for a service I never asked for. 
When did you contact Sky and they said they would manually refund your bank? 3-5 days been over that now. 

Have you checked future bills to see if it's been applied as a credit? Yes its not as i asked for it back in my bank with it being my money that was needed. 
Is you payment method still 'live'? Dont know they're telling me 14 days when everywhrere says 5 working days max

That doesn't tell us a lot if you want our advice

If you've cancelled a direct debit they won't be able to refund it directly to your bank. They'll have to raise a cheque and post it to you which will take much longer.
