I've got a refund due and I want it put in my bank Account and not for future bills

Can you confirm if you see a credit on your account and if so is this because you have overpaid a bill or is this compensation credit ?

If you are still a Sky customer then compensation credit can not be refunded to you but will instead be used to pay your next bill or bills until it has all been used.
