Refund for broadband

Hi, can someone tell me if I need to call to get my refund or if it is paid direct into my bank? I don't have any other services with Sky now and I am due a refund but it is just showing as a credit on a future bill which has nothing else on it as everything is cancelled. Thanks

@AliG75  It will normally be transferred to your bank six weeks after termination

alternatively you can either call or if you prefer will can alert the messaging team to continue you via the forum, both methods take 3-5 working days to process

let us know which route you prefer to take

Re: Refund for broadband

Hi, thanks for the response. I would have thought I'd get the refund around the time my bill would be due but I'll wait another few weeks after that and call if not received. Thanks for your help

Re: Refund for broadband

when I cancelled my package, I was advised not to cancel my direct debit as I would be due a refund on the broadband but when I checked my account, it's showing as a credit on next months statement

@AliG75

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
