Refund for bill credit

I have recently switch away from sky and my bill is saying that I am in credit but still waiting for my refund. When could I expect it?

Usually within 6 weeks of the last day of your connection as long as your payment method is still active. As it's showing as a credit we can maybe get you some help on here. Let us know on this thread.,

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you tomorrow. 

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll just need to check the chat thread regularly.

The chat was sent to you back on the 22nd (as per the post above yours) so will have been closed after 48 hours if there was no response so do you want Sky to send the chat invite again to you and will you be able to respond within the timescale ?
