My broadband was down from 1am on 27 January until just over a week later in the evening of 3 February. When I called to find out what was happening I was informed that I should get a refund because of this, to be credited automatically. A small amount but a refund nonetheless. I've just got my latest bill and it's for the normal amount. My refund is missing. How do I get my refund?

It is not a refund you would get it is a credit that can be used to part pay a future bill. If your outage was for about a week then it will not be much as shown in the link posted above.
