Refund credit in my sky account

Hi, Im trying to ask my money back from my sky broadband account. I cancelled in March and the direct debit as well. I'm trying to talk with someone by chat but it's impossible. I would like to ask a cheque with the amount. How do I have to do it? Thanks

@Elena39 You would be best to call sky, when you pass all the security advisor can look at your account, manager will have to approve the request for a payment refund to be done by cheque to you, would have  been way easier had you left the DD alone.
