I have closed my account last month (Nov 2023) but amount was deducted (£25). The agent said the amount will be credited (£20.83) to my bank account in first week of Dec 2023. However still the amount is not credited. Kindly help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreRefunds after cancellation can apparently take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. Is the amount now showing as a credit on your Sky account?
