Refund after account closed

Hi,

 

My account closed 27/10 and final bill produced shows in credit and due a refund. Equipment was sent back and received at Sky on 05/11, How long should the refund taken to be creditted into my account?

5-6 weeks usually or we can speed this up by having Sky's messaging team contact you via here if you would like ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Please clarify what the refund is for and is it showing as a credit on your account?

Hi. The account is closed and bill shows £41 owed in credit for cancellation of services.

I’ve escalated your issue to Sky so the Messaging Team may contact you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
