Refer a friend - reward website down for over a week

Hi,

After weeks of chasing I finally got my refer a friend reward email today with the link to claim the voucher. However, when I have gone to the link I am getting a bad Gateway 504 request. Looking on isitdownrightnow.com it is showing that the reward provider 'SelectYourCompliment' website has been down for over a week. Is anyone else noticing this and is there anything Sky can/are doing to rectify?

Yes I know this email, it's the one I've been emailing back and forth for the last 4 weeks lol. I'll go back to them but wanted the post in case anyone else was having a similar issue

I have been sent a link to claim my reward voucher. When i press the link it tries to load and then comes up with an error code. I did manage to get onto the site once and entered my reward code which eventually brought up the catalogue to choose the voucher. The site then crashed and now i cant get back on. My friend is also having the same problem.

It just says error we cannot access this page.

I've had the same issue. Managed to get onto the Selectyourcompliment website eventually, only for it to say the code was wrong.

I've emailed Sky again. Not holding out much hope.

Just tried again on the off chance and... Wow! 

Straight through to site and no problem entering code.

Try now if you're still trying,
