Refer a Friend unable to get referral code

Hi,

I've been trying to get my unique referral code/link to refer a friend but the website doesn't seem to work for me.

Went to www.sky.com/refer-a-friend, logged in and pressed 'continue' as required but then a spinning circle would appear and never load.

I've tried accessing via desktop, ipad and iphones. Using Chrome and Safari browsers, but still the same problem.

Please can anyone help?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi, I am having same problem. The refer a friend page where the link is supposed to show is not loading. I have tried different browses and incognito/private browsing. Any other solution?

Do you have another device you can try it on, or if you are on wifi see if it will load when on mobile data or vice versa.

Yeah Ive tried on mobile and laptop and also tried now going on mobile data. Same white screen with circle circling but does not load. Thanks

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache and cookies or tried via a different one ?

I did juat cleared the browser  cache for all history items but does not solve it..

I also tried loading other webpages in my account and they are all working, just this refer a friend link page thats problematic
