Redeemed my reward in Feb 2024 still don't have it

Can anyone help? Redeemed my rewards and vouchers on the 9th of Feb 2024 still yet to recieve them. My mother who refered me still hasn't got hers and they are telling her that I have recieved mine even though I haven't. Is there a number or email which will actually help with this issue?
