Need to discuss payment options to reconnect my sky but need to change address and organise a move I would also like to change my package aswell and if possible change to sky glass?

Best to give Sky a call, I think. Do be aware that if you had Sky Q at your old address, you'll need to bring the boxes with you to your new address.

You need to call Sky to speak to customer services to arrange all of this.
