Received email from sky informing me they have been unable to obtain my subscription payment for my sky talk and broadband from my bank. I telephoned my bank to find out why only to be told that sky have not applied for payment. I then rang sky and spoke to a chap who informed me that payment had been received and to ignore the email and then , having been a sky customer for 5+ years, proceeded to try to sell me an apple I pad which I declined. I thought that was that. Imagine my horror when tonight I received another email from sky informing me that the subscription payment for my sky mobile has also not been paid. I'm extremely annoyed and anxious as to why this has happened especially after being told by one of Sky's operators informing me that payments for October have been made. According to my bank no such payments have been requested by sky so I can only conclude that sky is at fault. Kindly sort this matter as soon as possible as I do not wish to incur late payment charges for sky's ineptitude.
