Received an email saying that we have been biewing out sky in a different property but we havent
Received an email to say that if we continue to use sky at another address that we will be billed an extra £26 per month, we have not used it elsewhere the only difference is we have a new sky glass and the old one is upstairs and we have the whole home package

What do you mean by "the old one is upstairs" so is this a Sky+ or Sky Q box ?

Hi @simonpc72 Are they both on the same LAN (Local Area Network). Just one router. You may have to contact Sky to ask why you received the email (assuming that it is not a scam). Did the email address you by name (not something like Dear customer).
