I have a direct debit set up for 15th of every month for sky tv and also sky broadband. The broadband payment was taken but not the tv payment but the money is there for it? I received a message to say it's missed. I don't understand why as the money is there for it. I don't want to be charged a late fee when the money was always available . Any help please?
